Correct filename for getHomeR handler in template
...
When generating a project with `yesod init` and then issuing `yesod devel` to
run it, the “Welcome to Yesod!” page says the getHomeR handler is in
`Handler/Root.hs`, but this should have been `Handler/Home.hs`.
