62030bee5a Use new test runner from scripts 
* Create scaffold_test.sh which holds actual tests (still calls
  scaffold.sh)
* Move rm/unregister of foobar to setup/teardown functions
* run.sh now prints deprecation warning and calls ../scripts/runtests
