Im wesentlichen ein Ticket-System auf Workflow-basis für das Prüfungsamt. Es explizit als Ticketsystem zu bezeichnen fände ich nicht so gut. Mit dem Namen „Generische Prüfungsamt-Tokens“ bin ich auch nur halb zufrieden, aber mir fällt nichts besseres ein.

Payloads:

  • 0-1 Studierende
  • Anfragedatum (Datum, seit wann das Problem besteht oder es prinzipiell angefragt wurde, nicht Anlegedatum vom Workflow; Anlegedatum vom workflow ist aber ein guter Default-Wert)
  • Liste von zusätzlich angefragten Personen (darf leer sein)
  • Kommunikation (Text für alle sichtbar)
  • Interne Notizen (Text, nicht für studierende sichtbar)
  • Datei (spezifischer wird es nicht, für beliebige Dokumente, die man im Prozess transferieren möchte)
  • Dringlichkeit (enum: sehr gering, gering, normal, dringend, sehr dringend)
  • Deadline (optional)
  • Titel (kurzer Text, nur von PA zu editieren; von allen zu sehen)

Erstmal doch nicht; aber sollte es Bedarf geben, damit rechnen, daß ich es mal eingebaut haben will:

  • Interne Dringlichkeit (nicht von Studierenden sichtbar)

Zustände:

  • Aktiv
  • Erledigt

Stud:

  • darf von Aktiv nach Erledigt wechseln
  • darf in Aktiv Kommunikation und Datei ändern (selbstschleife)

PA:

  • darf initiieren
  • darf von Aktiv nach Erledigt wechseln
  • darf in Aktiv alle Felder frei editieren (selbstschleife)

Zusatzperson:

  • darf in Aktiv Personenliste, Kommunikation, Interne Notizen, Datei, Dringlichkeit ändern (selbstschleife)
  • sieht alles
