add widgetFileJsCss for exact cs/js specification

I can set it to coffeescript.
widgetFile = Yesod.Default.Util.widgetFileJsCss $ globFile
("coffee", coffeeFileReload) ("cassius", cassiusFileReload)
Should we put code like this as the scaffold default?
Obviously, we can keep it defaulted to "julius"
