Remove transformers-compat from expected-test-failures 
I've just pushed `transformers-compat-0.6.1`, which no longer includes a test suite (see https://github.com/ekmett/transformers-compat/pull/33), so there's no need to include it in `expected-test-failures` anymore.

  1) Database.ODBC.Internal.Connectivity Connect, no close
       uncaught exception: ErrorCall
       Need ODBC_TEST_CONNECTION_STRING environment variable.
       Example:
       ODBC_TEST_CONNECTION_STRING='DRIVER={ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server};SERVER=127.0.0.1;Uid=SA;Pwd=Passw0rd;Encrypt=no'
