Unblock herms from GHC 8.4.1 build failure list 
Now that herms dependencies brick and vty are back in action, we've updated our package version constraints and compile fine in 8.4.1!

Re-enable mysql in nightly 
Version 0.1.5, just released to hackage, builds against nightly-2018-03-20 without any errors or warnings, so I think it should be OK!
