Claim grandfathered ansi-terminal and add ansi-terminal-types (#6919)

I am the co-maintainer (with Roman Cheplyaka) of the ansi-terminal package, so I am moving it out of grandfathered dependencies. I am also adding new ansi-terminal-types.
