768eaec573 Remove all social features 
Motivation: these were the last things requiring a database. Once this
is gone, it simplifies deployment dramatically. I'm also not sure that
the social features were really worth keeping.

cce7fb3ddf Better production cabal file loading 
We still need to load the cabal files to get them onto the system. Now
we just don't do any expensive processing.
