Die LOCALE ist im Container nicht gesetzt. Dadurch verweigert pdflatex auf der Kommandozeile die ausführung.

Als Workaround wird derzeit einfach lualatex eingesetzt, was auch akzeptabel ist. Aber das Problem weist auf ein genrelles Konfigurationsproblem mit dem Container hin!
